NGC PF63 | Scotland, George, Prince of Wales, 'Fullarton' Restrike Pattern Sixpence, 1799, in White Metal, by W. J. Taylor after J. Milton for Colonel Fullarton, draped and cuirassed bust left, no stop before date, rev. crowned cruciform shields, plumes in angles, St George and Dragon in Garter at centre, six strings to harp, edge plain, 12h (Dykes, BNJ 2002, pp. 157-158; DH 5 bis III; cf. Noonans T14, 470), usual die flaw below ear, some areas of darker speckled toning, otherwise with mostly pleasing surfaces for this metal, extremely fine, in NGC holder, graded PF63 (Cert. #6946248-001)
