Charles I (1625-1649), Group 2, Type 2a, Halfcrown, 1631-1632, Tower (under King), second horseman left, horse caparisoned with plume on head, cross on housings, no groundline, rev. oval shield dividing CR above, 14.72g [227.16grns], 7h, m.m. rose (Brooker 306-8, same obverse dies; North 2205; S.2769), speck of red wax to reverse, small edge break at 7 o'clock, soft to portrait and with metal stressing to reverse, yet with cabinet toning, a nice good fine
