NGC AU | Charles II (1660-1685), Shilling, 1663, first laureate and draped bust right, rev. crowned cruciform shields, interlinked C's in angles, five strings to harp, straight milled edge, 5.97g, 7h (ESC 1022; Bull 500; S.3371), very harshly graded, a small area of rub in front of the eye, perhaps to remove a die flaw, but otherwise deeply toned, extremely fine, in NGC holder, graded AU Details ~ Cleaned (Cert. #8222361-016)
