An award to Captain Ivan Konstantinovich Bragin, who was born in Vologda in 1907. Having served in the Red Army from October 1928. At the time of his award he was Chief of Signals of the 19th Rifle Division. He was awarded another Order of the Red Star and an Order of the Patriotic War 2nd Class.
