Great War Bronze Memorial Plaque (Edmund Charles Crook), extremely fine

Edmund Charles Crook was the son of William and Elizabeth Crook, of Dawlish, Devon and husband of Gertrude Ellen Crook, of 10, Exe Street, Exeter. He was born at Dawlish, Devon and enlisted at Chatham, he died of wounds on 12 April 1918 whilst serving with the 11th Battalion, South Wales Borderers and is buried in the Lapugnoy Military Cemetery, France. He is entitled to a British War and Victory Medal Pair and was formerly 187135, Royal Engineers.
