Vatican, Holy See, Honorary Chamberlain´s Collar Chain, by Tanfani & Bertarelli, comprising ten medallions inscribed ´CH´, connected by triple-linked chain, gilt and enamel, two of the medallions with reverse affixing hooks, with Badge Appendant, 63mm including Papal tiara suspension x 78mm, gilt, good very fine and rare, in its original slightly damaged fitted case of issue, this with the lid blocked with coat of arms of Pope Pius XI (1922-39)
