(x) Vietnam 1964-73 (2216687 G. W. Ridge), very fine

Garry William Ridge was born at Toowoomba, Queensland on 27 July 1949. A bank officer he served in the Citizen Military Force from 14 April 1969 with the 4th Battalion, Royal New South Wales Regiment. He enlisted in the regular army under the national service scheme on 22 April 1970 and was posted to the 1st Division Provost Company. Promoted Corporal on 2 September 1970 he left Sydney for South Vietnam with the South Vietnam Provost unit on 4 September 1971 returning to Australia on 8 January 1972. Ridge was discharged on 9 February 1972; sold together with copied research.
