Queen's South Africa 1899-1902, no clasp (6513 Gnr: C. W. Green. 2nd E. D. R.G.A.), some light edge bruising and contact marks, otherwise very fine

Charles W. Green served with the Eastern Division, Royal Garrison Artillery during the Boer War. He served in the Great War in R.I.M.S. Hardinge from 24 November 1914 (1914-15 Star Trio), finally be discharged in May 1919. Green also took an L.S. & G.C. as per AO 312 of 1917. By 1939 he was living in the Garden Flats, Fitzroy Park, St Pancras and was a gardener.
