William Wentworth Forbes was born at Plymouth, Devon on 16 April 1862. He is further entitled to a King's Police Medal whilst serving as a District Superintendent (Second Grade) with the Burma Police. Forbes died in Kells, Ireland, in 1917. Sold together with copied Gazette entry.
