The lists of the schools on the medal are as follows: Clifton, Glenalmond, Dulwich, Whitgift, Charterhouse, Cheltenham, Derby, Eton, Winchester, Harrow, Marlborough, Rossall, Rugby. The reverse schools with dates as follows: Repton 1904, Eastbourne 1902, Highgate 1899, Wellington 1896, Malvern 1895, Haileybury 1895, Bradfield 1896, Felsted 1898, Berkhamsted 1901, Uppingham 1903.
