A Great War Memorial Plaque to Corporal F. S. Bellingham, 15th (Prince of Wales' Own Civil Service Rifles) who was Killed in Action on 22 March 1918 and who was awarded a Military Medal on 21 August 1917

Frank Sydney Bellingham was a resident of Finsbury Park, London and enlisted in London, he was the husband of Catherine Bellingham and son of Mr F. M. Bellingham. He entered the war in France on 17 March 1915 where the 1/15th landed at Havre. Bellingham was awarded the Military Medal London Gazette 21 August 1917 probably for bravery at Messines between 7-13 June 1917 but was killed in action on 22 March 1918 during the Battle of St.Quentin. He is entitled to a 1914-15 Star Trio as well as the Military Medal.
