Studio photograph by Mary Steen, of Queen Alexandra standing in the home she shared with her sister, the Dowager Empress of Russia, on the outskirts of Copenhagen. Hvidore was purchased after the death of their father, King Christian IX of Denmark in 1906, and lived in until their passing in 1925 and 1928. Superb quality (23x17.2cm)
