1924-25 Ahmed Shah Obliterated Stamps
Large size envelope (c315x158mm) addressed to the Imperial Bank of Persia in Teheran franked on the reverse by 2ch. and 2kr. obliterated by black handstamps and two unreadable stamps obliterated with pink paper affixed on top. Some discolouration and an archival fold far from the adhesives. A most unusual piece of history, these kind of frankings only found for a period of about four months.
