(re-issue Die I), tied by barred obliterator and showing "india portugueza pangim" (17.7) oval c.d.s. , Sawantwaree (18.7), Belgaum (19.7), Bombay (21.7) and Damaun (22.2) d.s. Some usual faults including, envelope roughly opened at right, tear at top, creasing and ageing. Still quite fresh, a scarce cover. Photo
