(re-issue Die I), tied by barred obliterator and showing "india portugueza pangim" (20.9) oval c.d.s. and Bombay (24.9) c.d.s., on the front Sawantwaree (21.9) and Damaun (22.9) d.s. Some minor faults including and a couple of hinges remainder on the envelope, still quite fresh, a scarce cover. Photo
