(3) (shades), 1866 6a. postal fiscal unused (but cleaned and damaged) with R.P.S. Certificate (1992), 1865 set to 4a plus 8a. toned, 1866-78 4a. Dies I and II, 1882-90 set (2), one set (less 4a.) handstamped "specimen", 1892-97 set, 1895 set. Chiefly fine.
