1855 (24 Jan.) large part of entire (reduced in places and opened for display) from Tanjore to England, marked "Via Southampton" and "Paid", bearing 1a. Die I (2) and 2a. horizontal strip of four cancelled by diamond of dots obliterators with adjacent "india paid" and London (8.3) c.d.s., the reverse with Tanjore (24.1), Vullum (24.1), Madras (8.2) and Bromley (9.3) c.d.s.
