1900 (3 May) envelope to Ontario from "Gunner H.L. Stringer, C Battery R.C.A., Rhodesian Field Force", no stamps available has been crossed through and a pair of Rhodesia 1897 2d. tied by Marandella's c.d.s. (without date slug), the reverse with Umtali (4.5) and Port Dover arrival c.d.s. (19.6). A rare and highly important cover, thought to be one of only three recorded from Rhodesia. Photo
