Type 6 and 1/- pair Type 1a, all crossed by framed "too late" with the 6d. tied by "kimberley" double-arc d.s. and the 1/- pair by Cape Town transit c.d.s. (7.1), showing red crayon "5", red London Paid transit datestamp (5.2) with arrival c.d.s. on reverse; the envelope with small corner fault at lower right. A rare and attractive franking.
