1872-1962 mint and used collection on album leaves, including Trinidad perforated Britannia used range with shades and postmark interest, values to 1/-, 1869 5/- used range (4, one showing variety "watermark with one "C" sideways"), 1879-82 1d. bisected on piece. 1882 surcharge 1d. on 6d. bisected on piece, 1896-1900 values to 5/- mint and £1 overprinted "specimen", 1899 3d. on 5d. specimen (prepared for use, but not issued), 1901-6 sets mint and used, 1904-9 set mint (somewhat mixed), plus set to 5/- used and specimen set; Tobago 1879 set to 5/- used, 1880 set used, 1885-96 set used, 1886-9 surcharges set mint, noting ½d. on 6d. block of four, one showing variety "figure further from word", 1896 ½d. on 4d. fine used se-tenant pair, one showing variety "space between ½ and d."; Trinidad and Tobago 1913-23 set mint, also £1 used, 1921-22 set mint, 1922-28 set mint, also war tax overprints range, postage dues, etc. A useful lot for the specialist.
