1927 Marquis Francesco de Pinedo transatlantic flight cover, sent St John's Newfoundland to Naples, bearing 60c. overprinted "AIR MAIL / DE PINEDO / 1927" in red. Rome advertising slogan and '59' Naples distribution h.s. on reverse. Tear at bottom right, away from the adhesive, hardly detracting from this rare airmail cover. Signed E.
