1886-1900 mint and used collection on album leaves, with duplication, noting Postal Commission surcharges both colours with "ceuts" errors and the rosy mauve with italic surcharge toned gum. Some varieties, including S.G. 210b used, 211b used, 233i mint (toned gum, heavy hinge) and used, useful range of officials noting values to S.G. O7, 1895 1r., variety "overprint double, one albino" (toned), 1r. watermark upright used. Mixed condition, with toning noted., but a useful range.
