1943 (12 Oct.) re-used OHMS envelope from Bassein to Rangoon (originally from the Director of Prisons to Bassein bearing 10c.) with label affixed, bearing 5c. large "C" vertical strips of three (2), showing various manuscript notations including "90 grms, - 15c (single", "rangoon-sor/due" hose-shoe h.s. with manuscript "15c" alongside, "paid" and "cancelled" h.s. in violet to signify the charge was met and discharged, and "One Blood, One Voice, One Command" Burmese h.s..
