1942 (23 Feb.) re-used OHMS envelope, originally bearing 1a. which has been removed, to Maubin bearing, on reverse, OHMS label and bearing a strip of three and a pair cancelled by Pantanaw c.d.s and overstruck by large curved "cancelled" h.s. in violet, showing "maubin/due" horse-shoe h.s. with manuscript "Rs 1/2 Due" alongside with various other manuscript notations including "Bailiff, Please pay Rs 1/2" and "Unregistered" in red ink; some creases. A fascinating Official cover where there should have been no postage due. Photo
