3p. slate, a mint collection highlighting the pin flaw (171, twenty-five used including six blocks of four) showing various states and colours of the overprint, including a right marginal block of sixteen (8x2) with the last column in each showing pin flaw, lower right corner blocks of six and four showing pin flaw, a strip of three highlighting no pin flaw, pairs (3) and singles showing progressive pin flaws, two blocks of sixteen (8x2) with margin at left, blocks of four (3, one used), strip of eight showing pin flaw, vertical pairs (2) and singles (8, one used) showing overprint double, the vertical pairs se-tenant with normals; mostly fine.
