1840-54, a used selection comprising an unplated group of 1840 1d. black (18), the majority with faults, six with four margins, all used, ten cancelled by red Maltese Crosses, seven cancelled by black Maltese Crosses, one seemingly uncancelled or cleaned, 1840 2d. blue (3), all with four margins, one cancelled by red Maltese Cross, the other by black, 1841 2d. blue singles (7), pair and strip of three, and a range of 1854-57 2d. blue. Mixed condition though a good group.
