AJ with good to large margins, cancelled on 1848 (8 Sept.) envelope to Hayes by a neat strike of London Inland Office "8" numeral (with 12 lines), the reverse bearing London despatch c.d.s. and Uxbridge arrival (9.9) along with a nearly complete red wax seal showing seated Britannia (as on the one penny coin). Also 1847 (10 Apr.) wrapper to Usk bearing 1841 1d. plate 68, JH with enormous margins all round, also cancelled by London inland Office "8" (16 bars) and addressed to Usk. An appealing pair of covers. Photo
