1916 (7 Apr.) German POW Parcel Acknowledgement card from Soltau POW Camp, Hanover sent to H.G. Fletcher, Customs House, Swatow (received 20.5), then sent to Teng Yueh (received 15.6) where Fletcher was Customs Agent at border crossing, showing "rangoon r.m.s./set 1" double-ring d.s. (6.6) and a fine strike of circular seriffed "passed by censor,/Arms/rangoon." in violet (Type RCS4). Most unusual. Photo
