1875 (14 Apr.) cover from Puerto Cabello to Caracas endorsed “p Caravelle”, bearing France 1870 40c. orange (defective at base), paying the portion of the journey to La Guaira, tied by anchor lozenge, in combination with 1873 1/2r. rose, tied by La Guaira double circle, with an additional strike unusually tying the French franking as well, showing French framed “P.P.” and neat “Porto-Cabello” octagonal d.s. alongside.
