1860 (14 April) Soldier's letter envelope from Grahamstown to Stonehaven bearing 1855-63 1d. deep rose-red tied by "c/g h" handstamp, countersigned by commanding officer, the face with London Paid 25.05.60 d.s., the reverse with Grahamstown, Cape Town and Stonehaven d.s. Adhesive with small crease at top otherwise very fine and scarce. B.P.A. Certificate (2000).
