(x) Alexander Davison's Medal for The Nile 1798, silver, a few minor scratches to obverse and reverse fields, about extremely fine and thus rare in this condition

Only some 150 medals in silver were struck to reward those officers, under the rank of Captain, who participated in Nelson's great victory at the Battle of the Nile in August 1798.
