this specimen 100 Livres banknote features a combination of purple, orange, blue, red, green and brown, along with both Arabic and French text. On the obverse, the Bank of Beyrouth headquarters is featured as well as boats and automobiles, symbolising the countries strong economy and commerce. On the obverse, guilloche designs accompany the head of a lion from Freize on the Temple of Jupiter, evoking ideas of cultural heritage and national pride. The landscape of the city along with a depiction of a river and mountain are also visible,
