The Pritchard Collection of 18th Century Provincial Tokens and Commemorative Medals



No official coronation medal was struck by the Royal Mint to commemorate the coronation of Elizabeth II. Instead, multiple mints and private companies produced medals, including Spink & Son who had produced commemorative medals under Royal Warrant for royal events since the reign of Victoria.
