Everest Expedition, two flown covers to Calcutta, each with additional 1a. 3p. frankings (made different ways), with the special violet cachets tying the souvenir vignette (only 87 covers flown), also included is a strike of the special cachet on a piece, two examples of the vignette (white and yellow papers) and two example of an unaported Essay for the vignette, 1931 "First Flight/India's Congratulations souvenir cover to Bangkok, and a wonderful array of collateral material concerning the expedition including "Nanda Devi" pamphlet by Charles S. Houston signed by the author, six contemporary newspaper clippings with the violet cachet and much other fascinating material
