1889 large sheet (about 700x875mm) issued by the Post and Telegraph Administration of Indo-China to be displayed in their post offices with stamps and postal stationery that were on sale at Post Offices throughout the colony all overprinted "specimen". A selling price in "Chinese trade Dollars" at rate of 5 Francs to $1 is shown for each item, for stamps this is printed on the notice below the sample whereas for postal stationery is printed on the item itself. Stamps and stationery are from the General issues with 1881-86 set of thirteen to 1f. and postage due 1884 5c. to 1f.; stationery with eleven different types. Only two other complete sheets known. A most attractive showpiece item.
