Approximately 265 'East Africa 1913' clasps issued under AO353 of 1917 to the Officers and men of the 4th Battalion, King's African Rifles for the operations against the Dodingas.

Approximately 265 'East Africa 1914' clasps issued to the 4th Battalion, King's African Rifles and East African Police for the punitive expedition against the Turkhana tribe in the North Frontier district of British East Africa and the Ugandan borders west of Lake Rudolf.

Yanga Abdulla confirmed for the Medal & two clasps serving in 'E' Company, 4th (Uganda) Battalion, King's African Rifles.
