Sold together with an official copied Citation which states:

'Petty Officer First Class James A Jamieson, United States Navy, distinguished himself by meritorious service as Leading Petty Officer, Production Branch, Operations Division, Joint Intelligence Centre Central, Intelligence Directorate, United States Central Command, MacDill Asir Force Base, Florida, from 12 January 2007 to 18 June 2009. During this period, Petty Officer Jamieson provided superior graphics support to the headquarters, components and coalition during command directed combat operations, contingencies, and exercises for the War on Terror. He provided critical mission management for the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield products requiring 225 man hours and more than 2000 dollars in supplies over a six day period. Petty Officer Jamieson ensured the time sensitive product was available for presentation to the Intelligence and Operations Directors for United States Central Command. He was instrumental in satisfying the Director of Intelligence requirement to incorporate rarely used acetate overlays for the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield story boards. The distinctive accomplishments of Petty Officer Jamieson reflect credit upon himself, United States Central Command, the United States Navy, and the Department of Defense.'
