Leopold Perry was born at Canning Town, Essex. Enlisting with the 7th Battalion, Queen's Own Royal West Kent Regiment he went to France on 27 July 1915. Perry was killed in action on 11 May 1918 and is buried at Ribemont Communal Cemetery Extension, Somme, France Grave II.C.8.
Patrick Peter Byrne was born at Wexford on 3 October 1885 and served in the 1st East Lancashire Regiment and 30th Liverpool Regiment and was captured by the Germans, becoming a prisoner of war. He died at Liverpool in November 1963; sold together with copied research.
