Abyssinia 1867 (W. J. Pemberry Stoker H.M.S Vigilant), lightly polished, otherwise very fine

William James Pembery was born on 12 March 1842 at Woolwich, Kent. He enlisted into the Royal Navy on 5 February 1863 for a period of ten years service and is confirmed on the roll for the Abyssinia medal, but this has his name as Pemberry.
