Frank Harvey served as a Mail Sorting Clerk and Telegraphist at St. Albans and was gazetted for his I.S.M. on London Gazette 8 October 1926.

Roy John Henry Court served as a Temporary Postmen-Messenger and was gazetted for his I.S.M. on London Gazette 7 July 1936.

Arthur Aden Wiggall served as a Senior Mechanic with the General Post Office, based at Oxford and was gazetted for his I.S.M. on London Gazette 26 October 1962.
