Victory Medal 1914-19 (O.N. 4324 V. Cook Off, Std, 2, R.A.N.), very fine

Valentine Cook was born on 4 July 1889 at Liverpool. He enlisted on 11 December 1914. He served as an Officer's Steward III on Cerberus from 11 December 1914 -19 April 1915, he then served on Yarra until 8 May 1916 before serving on Warrego 9 May 1916 - 19 March 1919 and was finally demobilised on 21 March 1919 as an Officer's Steward II.
