1899 (19 Jan.) reply half of Straits Settlements 3c. carmine reply paid card addressed to Singapore, clearly cancelled by "Bremen" c.d.s. and showing penang to singapore datestamp (1.2) alongside. Some faults including corner creases and a small tear at lower side still of fine appearance and a very rare correct usage of the reply card.
