1947 (3 Oct.) envelope with embossed flap from Deh-Rawal to Rahimyar Khan bearing 1947 3½a. bright blue with temporary star and crescent overprint in red; avis de reception on reverse. Fine and very rare, believed to be the first recorded example of this overprint on this stamp. R.P.S. Certificate (2017) corroborating this statement.
