½a. to 12a. stamps and postal history extensive collection arranged on written-up exhibition pages plus additional loose duplicates, comprising different shades in mint and used singles and multiples, many stamps have been plated or identified for positional flaws, including ½a. variety imperforate vertically horizontal pair (3) used, ½a. variety dot at top of central inscription omitted in positional mint block of nineteen, ½a. variety dot at top of central inscription omitted two examples on 1895 envelope addressed to the station and redirected to Poulney Hills south India with India ½a. blue green (2) cancelled by Southern Railway Section IN d.s.; 1a. variety dot at top of central inscription omitted in positional block of four used, 1a. variety doubly printed unused, 1895 envelope to France bearing ½a. and 1a. (2) showing boxed "postage due/one anna" crossed in manuscript and corrected to 2a.8p.; 8a. block upper right corner block of sixteen (considered the largest mint multiple for this value); 1906 2a. registered letter postal stationery uprated with 2a. and 8a. from Nander to Bombay in combination with India 1902-11 ½a. (20, block of eighteen and two singles); 12a. vertical strip of three used (largest known used multiple for this value). Mixed condition, a dream lot for the Hyderabad collector.
