1948 Gandhi 1½a to 10r. the set of four each overprinted "Specimen" and affixed on gold leaves in black velvet presentation folder with Asokan Capital embossed in gold on front cover and with clear cellophane outer cover, the 3½a., affixed slightly down left outside its frame, with small gum stains and surface blemishes, the gold leaves with usual minor bends.
