This title card was designed by the famous caricaturist and illustrator Albert 'Al' Hirschfeld. Hirschfeld worked in the art department at MGM for over thirty years, and is known for his unique playful style that captures the essence of a film.
This comedy stars the Marx Brothers (Groucho, Harpo and Chico). In the film the Marx Brothers attempt to help the owner of a small circus, Jeff Wilson (Kenny Baker), recover some stolen money, and stop bad guy John Carter (James Burke) who he owes money to taking over the circus. This film was co-written (uncredited) by Buster Keaton. Keaton, whose career had been waning, had returned to MGM as a gag writer, and worked on the final three Marx Brothers' films with MGM.
