Registered 1898 to acquire the Crown, Royal and Queen Hotels at Scarborough, Royal Crescent Hotel and Ackworth House at Filey and the Ravenscar near Robin Hood's Bay. Voluntary liquidation in 1913 and properties put up for auction. Most still exist as hotels. VF (2).
