Great Britain: New Coventry Cross Cycle Company Limited, £1 preference shares, 1[900], #4, attractive vignette of cyclists at left, green, red seal. Established in 1876 as Warman and Hazlewood and then registered as Coventry Cross Cycle Co. Ltd. Reconstructed as this in 1899. In Liquidation in 1902. Coventry Cross cycles however were still being sold in 1939! GVF and rare. First time at auction.
