Spain: Mateu Artes Graficas e Industrias del Libro S.A., pair of certificates in the name of Edgar Lutwyche Waterlow, 3rd baronet, for 28 shares of 500 pesetas. The first a Provisional certificate dated 192[1], #14 and the second a nominative certifcate for the same shares, #17. This printing company was based in San Sebastian and the President of the company was, we think, Domingo Merry del Val who signs the first piece. His father was a Spanish nobleman working in the United Kingdom Domingo was born in London where he probably met the Waterlow family who invested in the company. VF but the second with rusty paperclip mark (2).
