John Reddin was born at St. Michaels, Limerick, Ireland in 1901 and attested at Ballina on 18 November 1919. He was present with the battalion in India during the Malabar Rebellion in which 332 members of the Regiment earned a medal and clasp; sold together with copied research including medal roll and service record transcript.
